Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of us, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.

Services

One-time services will begin with 1 business day of a received deposit. Deposits are non refundable. Refund requests for services paid in full up front are accepted within 3 days of payment. In the event fees are paid to a third party before a refund is requested, those fees will not be returned to the client. The client will receive a refund for third party fees only if the third party has not received payment.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are due on the same day each month starting on the first day of registration. Payment is due in full prior to services rendered. Monthly services can be cancelled at any time. In the event a cancellation takes place during a billing cycle, the client will be refunded a pro-rated amount.

Refunds

Refund requests from a dissatisfied client will be reviewed on a case to case basis and should be taken up with the owner of the company. Please send a detailed email to: service@bearfruitions.com or contact@chaneyjames.info with “Escalation” in the subject line. These requests are reviewed promptly.
