FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Is there a charge for revisions?
A: There are no charges for revisions, however, once a project is marked completed and has been approved by the client, any additional revision requests will be invoiced.

Q: Is there a discount provided for bulk orders?
A: Clients are provided a discount for bulk orders of at least 5. The discount will vary by requested service. Please contact us for a quote.

Q:  When is payment for services expected?
A: Payment is due before services are provided. The customer has 3 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Refunds are discretionary after 72 hours. It is strongly advised to book a consultation before placing an order, though this is not required.

Q: What if I don’t like the finished project? Can I get my money back?
A: In most cases, revisions are unlimited and the project will be revised until the customer is satisfied. Refunds are discretionary after 72 hours of purchase. In the event the client is unsatisfied with the service, the customer may escalate the issue by contacting the main office via email contact@chaneyjames.info.

Q: My files will not upload on the order form. What should I do?
A: Please email your documents as attachments to { service@bearfruitions.com } and include your name in the subject line.

Q:  Do you accept PayPal or CashApp for payment?
A: Checkout from the webpage and our company’s invoices are set up for debit or credit cards only. Please contact us if you are unable to make a payment using what is available.
